How much dirt, concrete, or brick can I put in the dumpster or roll off container?
Only 10 and 20 yard dumpsters should be used for dirt, concrete, or brick. You can only fill these dumpsters 1/2 way, so that the weight is not too much to transport. A 30 yard dumpster should not be used for dirt, concrete, or brick, as the weight is too much to transport. Doing so will result in additional charges.
How much can I put into the dumpster?
No matter what size dumpster or roll off container you receive, you can not fill the dumpster or roll off container above the top lip. Everything must be within the top of the dumpster and level. If you fill the dumpster above the lip, we will not be able to transport it, and you will be charged a trip fee.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept any major credit card, wire transfer, or check.
What happens when I am ready for pickup?
We make pickup as easy as possible. Simply call us at 855-304-4007 and we will take care of the rest.
What if my driveway is very steep?
We will have to leave the dumpster on the street next to your home. You may have to purchase a permit from the city, which we can assist with if needed.
Where do you deliver the dumpster?
We typically unload the dumpster onto your driveway provided it is flat.
Can I put anything in the dumpsters?
We do not allow the following items to be transported in our dumpsters:
Mattresses, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, tires, paint cans and lacquers, adhesives, car batteries, hazardous materials, food waste, household cleaners, ink & resins, oils, fuels, propane tanks, things that take gas/oil such as (lawnmowers, chainsaws), tree debris over 3 feet in length/ & over 12″ in diameter, no tree root balls, or railroad ties.
Loading the dumpsters with these or other hazardous materials will result in additional costs.
If I have my dumpster emptied, does my time re-start?
Yes, every time we deliver an emptied dumpster your rental days restart.
What if I fill the dumpster but am not done with my project?
Not a problem at all. We can usually get you a new dumpster delivered the same or next day.
How long are the dumpster rentals?
We can rent you a dumpster for as short or long as you need it for.
Is there a weight limit for the size of dumpster?
Yes, based on your project we can add as many Tons as needed.
